She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Walker and Edith Walker (Long); her former husband John Scott Cherveny; her husband Jerry Dean Johnson; and her siblings, Allen Walker and Mary Jane Walters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Wiebers (Bill Riehl) of Boone and Jo Capps (Chris) of Ogden; her stepdaughter Nona Schwandt (Terry) of Cedar Rapids; and her grandchildren, Baillie Wiebers (Brian Click) of Kansas City, MO, Rylee Wiebers of Boone, Wyatt Schellenberg of Ogden, Lukas Schellenberg of Ogden, Austin Schellenberg of Ames, Kristen Arnold of Mt. Vernon, Tyler Schwandt of Cedar Rapids and TJ Schwandt of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel (1006 6th St, Boone, IA 50036).
