She was predeceased by: her parents, Greenville A. Wood and Lucille M. Wood (Hastings); her husband Benjamin David Whitcher; and her brother Richard Wood. She is survived by: her children, Mark Whitcher of Boone and Nancy Roney of Boone; her grandchildren, Patricia Bennett (Cory), Lisa Gomez, Jacob Carl (Pheboe), Taylor Adams (Justin) and Jason Whitcher (Bryne); her great grandchildren, Skielar Hendrix (Skyler), Gage Gomez (Kara Jones), Isebelle Gomez, Claire Gomez, Prudence Carl, Lana, Sadie Adams and Ben Whitcher; her great great grandchildren, Preston Bennett and Esmme Gomez; and her niece Kelly Krause (John).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family to be used at their discretion.
