She is survived by: her father Justin Neely; her sister Olivia Neely of Boone; her grandparents, Tim, Bernice Licata of Boone, Dave, Lana Comstock of Ames and Kevin Neely of Boone; her aunts, Sarah Turbes (Chris) of Pilot Mound and Jenny Ross (Todd); and her cousins, Lucas and Nathan Ross.
