She is survived by: her husband Doug Pentico; her son Josh Tracy of Boone; her brother Danny Berglund (Debby) of Chapin; her stepsons, Mike Pentico of Denver, CO and Chad Pentico of Miami, FL; and her stepgranddaughter Maddie.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel (1006 6th St, Boone, IA 50036).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the family or Wesley Life Hospice Services.
