She is survived by : her parents, Tim Licata and Bernice Licata (Reuter) of Platte City, MO; her husband Justin Neely; her children, Madison and Olivia of Boone; her sister Jenny Ross (Todd); and her nephews, Lucas and Nathan Ross.
