He is survived by: his daughter Nicolle Carol Marie (Mathew Hubbard); his wife MaLinda Hugh; his sisters, Cherie Smith (Cal) and Kristie Black (Bob); and his nephews, Joseph, James and Jason Smith.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Iles Sundberg-Kirkpatrick Chapel (202 S Market St, Madrid, IA 50156).
