He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert G. Jr. Carper and Betty J. Carper of Boone. He is survived by : his siblings, Lynne Jordan (Dallas), Margie Townsend (Bill), Randy Carper (Theresa) and Rick Carper (Marife). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
