He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Kendall and Helen Kendall (Thornburg). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Magner; his sons, Todd (Kristen) of Cadillac, MI and Scott (Sarah) of Charles City, IA; and his brothers, Terry Kendall (Gayla) of Spirit Lake, IA and Ted Kendall (Cindy) of Chanhassen, MN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Boone.
