He is survived by: his parents, Mike Weiser and Jaye DeGooyer; his wife Charlie Miller; his sons, Bridger Miller and Colter Miller; his brothers, Chris Weiser (Ashley) and Matt Weiser (Desi); his nieces and nephews, Nolan, Connor, Arlo and Riley; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Robin Wisgerhof; his brother-in-law Jake Wisgerhof (Ashley); his nieces, Josie and Millie; and his aunts and uncles, Jane DeGooyer, Jack DeGooyer, Mark Weiser and Lisa Weiser (Avitt).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to establish a college fund for Dave's two beloved sons, Bridger and Colter.
