She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McGinnis and Glenna McGinnis (Worden); her husband Dennis Adreon; and her sister Joyce Busch. She is survived by: her children, Travis Adreon (Carla) of Ogden, IA and Jill Stream (Mitch) of Churdan, IA; her grandchildren, Adam, Jared, Meredith Adreon, Mason, Emma and Broc Stream; and her brother Harlan McGinnis (Georgian) of Monterey, CA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
