It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth J. Little of Brandon, Iowa, who passed away on April 16, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beth J. Little to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan J. Steinbeck and Marlene J. Steinbeck (Satterlee); her grandparents, Howard, June Satterlee, James and Ruth Steinbeck; her in-laws, Glenn "Sid" and Esther Little; her brother William "Bill"; her sister-in-law Carol Little; her sister Sandra; her brother-in-law Ron Gray; her aunt Norma; her uncle Ronald "Dick" Nielsen; and her cousin Robyn Satterlee.
She is survived by: her husband Mike of Brandon; her daughters, Courtney Templeton (Matthew) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Candace Hocken (James) of Independence; her grandchildren, Hudson of Cedar Rapids, Britton of Cedar Rapids, Sutton Templeton of Cedar Rapids and Hollis Hocken of Independence; her siblings, David Steinbeck (Terrace) of Eagle, ID and Amy Steinbeck of Cedar Rapids; and her brother-in-law Pat Sloan (Meg) of Urbandale, IA. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (400 1st St W, Independence, IA 50644). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brandon United Methodist Church (507 Main St, Brandon, IA 52210).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brandon United Methodist Church, Brandon Area Community Club, Brandon Fire Department, Marion Fire Department, Mercy Hospital Foundation – Thrive Program, 701 10th Street SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403, or a charity of the donor's choice.
