She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Arensberg and Virginia "Ruth" Arensberg (Raymond); her husband Dennis G. Emberton; her sisters, Mary Holland and Kay Orr; and her siblings-in-law, Shannon Emberton, Edwin and Beverly Baldwin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Radley (Chris) of Des Moines, Shelly Cabalka (Marc) of Independence, Kelly Weber (Terry) of Independence, Tammy Thies (Larry Jr.) of Raymond and Pam Dryml (Tim) of Independence; her grandchildren, Eric, Jennifer, Samantha, Amy, Matt, Jodi, Derek, Bryce, Trey, Melissa and Tara; her great grandchildren, Rowen, Rylee, Landon, Olivia, Mya, Carrick, Scarlett, Scotlyn, Amelia, Baileigh, Tenleigh and Jaxson; her brother John Arensberg (Jean) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her sister-in-law Carol Emberton of Anamosa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
