He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Manning and Donna Manning (Snider); his wife Mary Schantz; and his daughter Elizabeth Manning. He is survived by : his daughters, Emily Manning (Patrick Ives) of Fairfield and Amber Manning of Fairfield; his granddaughters, Harper and Lydia Ives; and his sister Marlis Wagner (John Hamilton) of Des Moines.
