He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Richard Stout and Jo Ann Stout (Smith) of Washington, IA; his wife Karla Atkinson; his children, Rachel Fishback, Madison Kay, RyLee Jean, Clayton Stout, Tessa Marie Fishback, Vincent, Jennifer (Lexi Jade) of McCordsville, IN, Ashley Stout of Brighton, IA, Megan Stout and Marissa Stout; his siblings, Mark Stout of Youngstown, AZ, Anne Schmidt (Marlin) of Ulysses, KS, Carol Ross (Bob) of Green River, WY, Karen Unruh (Jim) of Clay Center, KS, Kathy Gugel (Larry) of Wayland, IA and Sara Uelze of North Liberty, IA.; his siblings-in-law, Randy Sexton (Laurie) of Riverside, IA, Deb Seward (Jim) of Wellman, IA and Mark Atkinson (Diane) of Wellman, IA.; his grandparents, Edgar, Irene Stout (Wagner), Merle and Martha Smith (Hendrickson); his parents-in-law, Donald and Sandra Atkinson (Farley); his sister-in-law Lorilynn Sexton (Atkinson); his uncles, Merlin Crawford and Paul Charter; and his aunt Virginia Smith. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.
