He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Craff and Pearl Craff (Hank); his wife Marvyl McKenzie; his children, Shelly Carnes of Fairfield, Pam Craff (Rose Pugh) of Birmingham, Mike Craff (Lisa) of Ottumwa and Doug Craff (Susan) of Brighton; his grandchildren, Tyler, Brianna, Derek, Bryce and Alex; his great grandchildren, Karson, Vivian, Zoe, Baylor and Baylee; and his close friend Harold Smith.
In lieu of flowers Harlan would rather have memorials made to Hope Lutheran Church or Hospice of Washington County.
