He was predeceased by: his mother Vanessa Follman; and his grandparents, LaVerl "Red", Marge Follman, Bob Wright, Henry and Marie Schleuger.
He is survived by: his wife Chelcee Schleuger; his daughters, Gracee, Caliee and Mayzee; his sister Danielle Goll (Jason); his grandmother Carolee Wright; his parents-in-law, Pete and Bonnie Wilhite; his brother-in-law Luke Wilhite (Alesha); and his grandfather-in-law Blanche Chizek. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
He was dedicated to his community, serving on the Crystal Lake Fire Department, donating to local causes and hosting events for the community to attend, such as ice races and truck shows.
