He is survived by: his daughter Amy Sievers; his grandchildren, Alisha and Caden Gates of Stillwater; his sons, Tony Sievers (Lori Schmieg) of St. Paul and Steve Perkins (Samantha); his grandchildren, Chase and Jack Perkins of Madrid, Iowa; his brother John Perkins; and his sisters-in-law, Verlaine Knoploph and Wilma Franzen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for their discretion .
