He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Korneisel and Barbara Korneisel (Brechwald); his wife Phyllis Smith; his siblings, Ken, Keith and Bunny Hullinger; and his siblings-in-law, Meredith Shriver, Lyle Hullinger, Chuck Smith, Millie Korneisel and Joy Smith.
He is survived by : his sister Kathryn Shriver of Jefferson, Iowa; and his children, Kurt Korneisel of Murrieta, California, Marcia Korneisel of Ames, Iowa and Kent Korneisel (Isiaah Crawford) of Tacoma, Washington. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
