He is survived by : his parents, Mark Cook and Julie Cook (Abele) of Britt; his daughter Jordyn; his grandson Maverick of Colorado; his son Kaleb of Riceville; his sister Misty Leerar (Anthony); his nieces and nephews, Spencer, Natily of Britt and Andrea Cook (Mike Springer); his children, Skylarr and Meika of Britt; his grandmother Mary Cook; and his aunts and uncles, Jean Abele, Ron Abele (Deb), Joseph Cook (Jane), Karen Peterson (Dan), Steven Cook (Jill), Terry Cook and Robbi Cook. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
