She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wellik and Mildred Wellik (Kopacek); her son Jeff Horstman; her parents-in-law, Elmer and Lucille Horstman; her siblings, Elmer Wellik, Monica Paca (Leonard) and Vivian Pritchard; and her sister-in-law Gloria Wellik.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Horstman; her children, Vicki Seufferlein (Paul), Kathy Eisenman (Bob), Michael Horstman (Nedra) and JeanAnn Bruns; her daughter-in-law Nancy Horstman; her siblings, Joe Wellik, Marvin Wellik (Kay) and Jerry Wellik (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Bill Pritchard. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
