Mildred I. Howlett Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred I. Howlett of Britt, Iowa, born in Eagle Grove, Iowa, who passed away on June 14, 2023 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred I. Howlett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fisher and Esther Fisher (Hartwig); her husband Clifford Howlett; her daughters, Edythe Howlett and Diane Barry; her brothers, Glenn Fisher (Mid), Donald Fisher (Mary) and Harold Fisher (Loretta); her brother-in-law Jay Howlett (Nadine); and her siblings' children, Carolyn Howlett and Tony Johnson.

She is survived by: her friend Florence; her children, Linda Lenz (Curt) of Kasson, MN, Cliff Howlett (Barb) of Britt, Dave Howlett (Pat) of Huxley, Jeanne Dick (Dan) of Garner and Kurt Howlett (Terri) of Mason City; her son-in-law Steve Barry of Prescott, AZ; and her grandchildren, David Lewerke (Angela), Angela Reed (Tommy), Autumn Butler (Dustin), Laura Lochner (Dean), Eric Lenz (Kami), Elizabeth Howlett, Louie Howlett, Andrea Baxter (Jonathan), Nathan Dick (Alyssa), Robbie Howlett (Kaleigh), Aaron Howlett (Kayla), Lucas Howlett, Dawson Howlett, Ben Heinen (Amanda), Julie Hegdahl (Matt) and Bill Heinen. She is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to First Lutheran Church or to the family to use in honor of Mildred.
