With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nels E. Jensen of Britt, Iowa, who passed away on April 22, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, V. Bernhard and Anna Jensen (Peterson); his wife Eleanor Chizek; his sons-in-law, Harold Hempler and Edward Schutter; and his siblings, Robert, Christinia, Edwin and Edith.
He is survived by : his children, Janeen Hempler, Eileen Schutter of Oakdale, MN and Marlin Jensen (Donna) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Anita Hempler, Marie Johnson, Scott Schutter (Janice), Candace Hempler, Susan Lindstrom (Dan) and Christopher Jensen; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Claire Schutter, Eleanor and Spencer Lindstrom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
