He was predeceased by : his parents, James Pavelka and Evelyn Pavelka (Young). He is survived by : his wife Connie Jo Ruppert of Britt; his children, Kelsey Rawson (Tony) of Waukee, Sheila Pavelka and Andrew Pavelka (Trisha) of Des Moines; his grandsons, Carter and Collin Rawson; and his siblings, Kathy Kerns (Mike) of Burnsville, Jerry Pavelka of Britt, Marilyn Larson (Joe) of Springfield, Alvin Pavelka (Fran) of Prescott, Allen Pavelka (Lisa) of Las Vegas and Gene Pavelka (Patsy) of Britt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
