He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Perkins and Mary Perkins (Pigman); his wife Marilyn; and his siblings, Ron, Jerry, Marv, Delbert, Marie, June, Joan, Alice, Ramona, Patty, Karen and Kathy.
He is survived by : his sons, Devery (Dawn), Curt (Michele) and Bobby (Melissa); and his close friend Bonnie Vavrik. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
