He is survived by: his wife Betsy Mortensen of Britt; his daughter Morgan Kelly (Mark) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Maclaine, Bria, Cameron and Corbin; his sister Lisa Greiman (Mark); his mother-in-law Verla Ennen; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Ennen (Leigh) and Bart Ennen; his uncle Gary Porth (Laurie); his cousin Julie Weydert; and his nieces, Brooke Vrbicek (Ben) and Sarah Rew (Tyler).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Faith Bible Church (707 4th St SW, Britt, IA 50423). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
