She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Edna Brand (Cogill); her husband John "Sonny" Lichman; her daughter Gloria (Merv Lemmon); her grandson-in-law Nathan Wadsley; her siblings, Janice Stromley, Ronald, Robert, Larry Brand and Richard; her sister-in-law Mary Haxton; and her parents-in-law, Elizabeth, Merle Haxton and Martin Lichman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deb Larson of Crystal Lake, Sheri Moore of Crystal Lake and Pam Kline (Dan) of Britt; her grandchildren, Kari Wolfe (Mike), Nikki Lemmon, Tracy Ludwig (Lance), Shannon Wadsley (Mark Theesfeld), Stacy Nielson (Aksel), Nicholas Moore, Jesse Moore, Chris Moore, Josh Kline, Adam Kline and Andrew Sell; her sisters, Marvel Thompson, Sharon Jenkins and Karen Hueneman; and her sister-in-law Kathy Barlas. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ewing Funeral Home (178 Center St W, Britt, IA 50423). Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (139 3rd St SE, Britt, IA 50423).
