She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Bolen Carter and Carl Carter; her sister Thelma Ryan; her husband Glenn Frank; her son Carl Kilmer; and her grandson Austin Kilmer.
She is survived by: her former husband Harry Kilmer Sr.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
