He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bernstein and Gussie Bernstein. He is survived by: his brother Jack; his wife Sheila Kantrovich; and his children, Dr. Michael Bernstein (Gina) of St. Louis, Julie Bernstein of St. Louis and Debbie LaCroix (Todd) of Dakota Dunes.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Independent Farane Cemetery (815 38th St, Sioux City, IA 51104).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Care Initiatives Hospice, Sioux City Community Theater, or the Siouxland Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
