It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Klaffke of Buckeye, Iowa, born in Eldora, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Klaffke and Merna Klaffke (Stielow); his parents-in-law, Leo and Ruth Larson; his brother Dennis "Lou" Klaffke; and his brother-in-law Lary Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Larson of Buckeye; his children, Brian Klaffke (Amy) of Alden and Gena Mitchell (Adam) of Waukee; his grandchildren, Afton, Brecken Klaffke of Alden, Tanner Dotson and Olivia Mitchell of Waukee; his brother Marv Klaffke of Buckeye; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Klaffke of Buckeye, Barb Hanna (Donnie) of Buckeye and Sharon Carpenter of Iowa Falls. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
