He was predeceased by: his parents, James Myers and Grace Myers (Caffery); and his brother Raymond Hamilton. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Hamilton (Susan), Cindy Jansen (Patrick), Lorri Thompson (Jerry) and Rose Gile. He is also survived by four step-children; six nieces and nephews, and seven great-nieces and nephews.
