He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Frank and Myra Frank (O'Malley); and his daughter Betty Jo Frank. He is survived by: his former wife Betty 'Jo Ellis; his children, Cody Frank (Monica) of Iowa City, IA, Brittney Frank (Danielle) of Burlington, IA and Elley Frank of Burlington, IA; his siblings, Kimberly Wolfe (Bill) of Pittsburgh, PA and Aaron Frank of Pittsburgh, PA; and his granddaughters, Briena Fenton and Arbour Swanson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

A memorial fund has been established for his family.
