She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Poole and Hulda Poole; her siblings, Stuart, Bob Poole and Maxine Veatch (Bill); and her daughter Donna Lee.
She is survived by: her husband William Smith (Bill); and her children, Debbie Kurtz Peoria Il (Terry), Chris Hallgren (Jim) and Diane Sands Ozark Mo (Dave).
A memorial has been established in Audrey's name at Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice.
