We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2023, at the age of 71, Bart L Orth of Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Orth and Marion Orth (Hamilton); and his siblings, Henry, Pete, Albert Jr. and Sharon Carspecken.

He is survived by : his wife Ellen; his sons, Wesley (Julie), Logan (April) of Burlington and Skyler (Kellie) of New London, Iowa.; his family, Tom Orth (Judy) of Burlington, Dan Orth (Susan) of Burlington, Tim Orth (Bambi) of Burlington, Rick Orth (Carrie) of Burlington, Tony Orth (Carol) of Burlington and Beth Hinesley (Landis) of New Mexico; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Orth of Burlington, Sherry Orth of Utah and Jack Carspecken; and his stepgrandchildren, Jenna Swisher (Wynston Gray), Jacob Bench (Kylie) and Jack Banks. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Asbury United Methodist Church.
