It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice A Nicholson of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Scheuermann and Mattie Scheuermann (Hardy); and her brothers, Lawrence, Raymond, Wilbur and Ronald Scheuermann.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Nicholson (Jackie) of Newton and Jeni Daly of Burlington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Dugan Thye, Mazie Daly, Jordan and Jake Veatch; her sister Dorothy "Dot" Krasuski of Burlington; her sisters-in-law, Carlene Scheuermann and Ellen Scheuermann; and her pets, Bella and Nora. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
She was a member of TOPS and RSVP volunteer group.
