Bill L. Chenault Obituary
Bill Lee Chenault Sr., 79, of Burlington, Iowa, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa. Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and graveside services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Greenmound Cemetery in Keithsburg. Memorial contributions may be left to the family of Bill Chenault.
Bill was born on February 27, 1946 to Thurman and Bette Vandevort Chenault in Monmouth, Illinois. He was untied in marriage to Connie Link on September 4, 2004 in Burlington, Iowa; they were married for 21 years. Bill owned and operated B&B Restoration, starting the business in originally in Galesburg, Illinois before moving to Burlington.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Connie; children: Lisa (Rick) Gale of Moline, Illinois, Lori Chenault of Bettendorf, Iowa, and Bill Jr (Amber) Chenault of Durant, Iowa; stepchild, Jeff Tee of Oquawka, Illinois; 13 grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Don Chenault of Keithsburg, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Thurman and Bette and his sister, Penny Chenault.
