He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Palmer and Marian F. Stout (Ertz). He is survived by: his brother Richard K. Palmer (Loretta) of Burlington; his stepsister Sarah Sink (Brian); his niece Amy Baker (Travis); his nephews, Chad Palmer (Dena) and Dusty Palmer (Lisa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ale', Clayton Graham, Shay Palmer (Anne Glasgow), Carly, Mia Baker and Macklyn Palmer.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Camp Eastman Development Association.
