He is survived by: his father Eugene Bulanek of Crosby, Texas; his wife Deanna Gerst of Burlington; his children, Karlee Dawn Bulanek (Zane Greene) of Crosby and Cody Gerst of Baytown, Texas; his grandchildren, Julian and Ellie Gerst; his brother Daniel Bulanek of Crosby, Texas; his father-in-law Conrad Gerst of Mediapolis; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Gerst of Burlington, Roy Gerst of Oakville and Dan Gerst (Lisa) of West Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
