She is survived by: her parents, Thomas J. Clayton and Linda Clayton (McLaughlin); her sons, Benjamin Nelson and Alexander Nelson; her close friend Richie Butherus; and her siblings, Tommy Clayton (Josie), Becky Shanahan and Susie Kuster (Troy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
A celebration of Carin's life will follow at the Eagles Club on Thursday, February 26th, beginning at 4:00 p.m. A memorial has been established in her name.
