It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole M. Klees of Burlington, Iowa, born in Bonaparte, Iowa, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Osweiler and Ludgardis Osweiler (Striegel); her husband Mervin R. Klees; and her pet Smokey. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Klees of Burlington, Peter Klees (Lisa) of Burlington and Paul Klees (Michelle) of Stronghurst, IL; her grandchildren, Phillip, Kyle (Jessica), Chad, Amanda Klees and Machele Osborn Bey; her great grandchildren, Khloe, Adam Lundquist, Kelse, Kaleb Klees and Mikhi Osborn Bey; her sister Patricia McMican (Paul) of Millersville, PA.; and her friend Ruth Powers (Sebas Olivan).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for St. Vincent De Paul.
