She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Trosen and Evelyn Trosen (Robbins). She is survived by: her husband Everett Robert "Bob" Nelson Jr.; her children, Anna Henke (Bobby) and Robert Nelson (Anna Ronnebaum); her granddaughters, Adeline, Kaylee, Natalie and Mackenzie; and her brothers, Jim Trosen (Kathy), Wally Trosen (late Ricky) and Mark Trosen (late Ronda).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Christian Church (1221 Park Ave, Burlington, IA 52601). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
