She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Martin (Pam) of Carman, IL and Kathy Frerichs Smith of West Burlington; her former husbands, David Beik and Eric Osborn; her children, Zoey Madelyn Mayo (Destin) of Columbia, MD and Wyatt Wesley Beik of Danville, IA; her niece Emily Beik; and her brother Jason Matthew Martin of Burlington. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
