He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Reed and Helen Irene George Gustavson. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Gustavson (Patty) of Aurora, CO, Diane Sparrow (Carl) of Keokuk, IA and Peggy Peterson (Doug) of Keokuk; and his siblings' children, Tamara Hoffstatter (Michelle), Wendy Croissant (TJ), Tim Hoffstatter (Heather), Adam Sparrow (Stephanie) and Tyler Peterson (Kaisie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
