It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald William Eversmeyer of Burlington, Iowa, born in Oakville, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Delbert Eversmeyer and Helen Kathleen Heins Eversmeyer; his wife Sharon Elaine Miller; and his brothers, Robert and Leonard.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Eversmeyer (Lisa) of Burlington and Susan Reynoldson (Rod) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Amanda Markovich (Nick), Allyson Sanders (Stanley), Zachary Reynoldson, Ariel Reynoldson and Stephanie Logan (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Lane Sanders, Carter, Harper Markovich, David, Elander and Addy Logan; his brothers, Dale, Dick, Alan and Jim Eversmeyer; and his sisters-in-law, Deanna and Peggy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been established for the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House, Dream Catchers Foundation and Convoy of Hope.
