We are sad to announce that, on April 4, 2026, at the age of 89, Donna Newland of Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett J Lile and Helen V Lile (Dahn); her husband Bobby G Newland; and her siblings, Lucile D Sommers, Evelyn F Rash, Everett J Lile Jr., Raymond D Lile and Robert F Lile.

She is survived by: her sisters, Marguerite V Lile of Burlington, IA and Betty D Hillard (Ron) of Burlington, IA; her children, Rhonda VanRheenen (David) of Pleasantville, IA, Michael Newland (Christi) of Kansas City, MO and Sara Oleson (Ryan) of Danville; and her grandchildren, David, Taylor (Amber), Blake, Zachary, Valentine, Ephram, Annabelle, Cordell, Calysta and Owen.

A memorial has been established for West Burlington Christian Church.
