She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Bednar and Ethal Bednar; her husband Michael; her sister Sharon Gard of Mediapolis; her children, Steve Leathers (Sara) of Oxford, IA, Amanda Tessier of Burlington, IA, Tina Richardson (Michael) of Des Moines, IA and Mike Leathers (Nikki) of Sigourney, IA; her grandchildren, Shelby, Kelsey, Levi Leathers, Peyton, Keaton Leathers and Mathew Richardson; and her great grandchild Amelia Richardson.
