She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Richard and Mary Winifred Roeder Manley; her husband Robert Joseph Luttenegger; her son David Rice; her siblings, Thomas Manley and Viola Manley; her stepson Jeff Luttenegger; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Ann Manley.
She is survived by: her children, John Mitchell (Jean) of Danville and Diana Altimus (Don) of Mediapolis; her stepchildren, Mike Luttenegger (Caren) of Burlington, Dan Luttenegger (Mary) of Burlington, Tim Luttenegger (Lori) of Olathe, KS and Debbie Grecksch (Ron) of Peoria, IL; her daughter-in-law Jeannette Rice of Mt. Pleasant; and her brothers, John Manley of Basco, IL and James Manley (Beverly) of Plymouth, IL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 18 step-great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
