Dorothy V. Marsh Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy V. Marsh of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on August 2, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Francis and Dorothy Veronica Snyder Murphy; and her siblings, Bernard Jr., Leonard, Raymond, Marvin Murphy and Theresa Spivey.

She is survived by: her sister Collista Reed (James) of Riverside, CA; her sisters-in-law, Dolores Murphy and Kathy Murphy; and her nibling Marsh.
