He is survived by: his sons, Alan Tremane Milks (Jolene) of West Burlington and Curtis Blackburn (Elizabeth) of West Burlington; his grandchildren, Samantha Anne Milks and Dalton-James Alan Milks; and his siblings, John Szewczyk (Pam), Kenny Szewczyk (Lynn) and Michelle Zimmerman.
