She was predeceased by : her parents, William Vansice and Anna Vansice; her brothers, William, Kenneth and Merrill; her former life partner Art; her son Arthur Carkhuff III; and her grandchildren, Brandi Evans and Aaron Eckburg.
She is survived by : her siblings, Janice, Bette and James Vansice; and her children, Diana Eckburg (Ronald), Eunice Carkhuff, Elizabeth Carkhuff, Rebecca Carkhuff, Nina Carkhuff and Arnold Carkhuff. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Davenport.
