She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Allen and Mary Lee Grant Allen; her siblings, Betty Raye McCampbell, Bobbie Jo Morgan, Frank Allen Jr. and Irving Allen; and her son Robert Tyrone Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Rainey (Craig) of Belleville Il, Vincent Allen and Michelle Seider (Richard) of Mcdonough, GA; her grandchildren, Craig Rainey Jr. of Germany, Brittany Beard (Denton) of Bettendorf, IA and Jarryd (Janet); and her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Josiah Rainey, Aamira, Akila, Nalani Beard and Juliana Seider. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice.
